Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our International Store & Club Operations team. You will build products to enhance the experience for our store associates. You'll use the latest tools to facilitate teams and their work to develop experiences changing the way we serve associates and customers. You'll lead a team delivering associate-centric solutions that are leveraged or build from multiple countries to associates spread out through theglobe. You will help steer direction in the different markets to solve multiple business processes through tools, process improvements, or data insights.

About Team:
Focusing on customer, associate and business needs, this team works with Walmart International, which includes more than 5,200 retail units, operating in 23 countries such as Canada, Central America, Chile, China, India, Mexico and South Africa to name a few.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and enhanceproducts – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer and data insights into actionable initiatives, collaborate on the rollout strategy, manage risks, work on leveraging technology from other countries, and help build training documentation to the markets.
  • Define vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, collaborate on business cases, perform extensive market research, discover emerging technologies, and approving objectives
  • Buildcollaborativerelationships with important partners by guiding priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining support from executive leadership working with market leaders and cross functional teams including operations, supply chain, e-commerce, and data science.
  • Provide overall direction by analyzing business goals and customer needs
  • Build a decision framework through data by collecting and interpreting data to help drive the best course of action for your products.
  • Develop and mentor other product owners- you will work with your team to bring your expertise and experience to help others grow into their roles

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
