Hernan was absolutely amazing when we bought our new Murano SL in 2019 so we knew we wanted to come back to him when my daughter was looking for a new ride. We emailed Hernan and told him what we wanted, what she wanted to pay and he nailed it! This is my daughters first big purchase on her own and Hernan not only got her in a BEAUTIFUL 2023 Rogue SV Midnight Edition, he and Trey made the purchase stress free and an amazing experience for our daughter. One of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. Came in to test a drive a car and Michael Lewis and the team at Sheehy were extremely responsive to my questions, concerns, and willing to discuss options to make a deal work. Unlike most of the dealers I had talked with that still think it's 2021, Mike was incredibly responsive and transparent. Car was in great shape and I had full confidence driving off the lot in it. Also appreciated the check-in the next day. Celebrated at a great Korean restaurant down the street that was worth a trip to the area alone.

Nice crossover

I just picked up a 2020 Rogue basic model with AWD, they sure have changed since my last one, in a good way. I’ve had a 2010 and a 2012 SL models. That alone says something having owned 3 now. Great crossover, decent in the snow, I’ve only had AWD models really good on gas! Very dependable!

2020 Nissan Rogue SV review

Great looking SUV w/comfort

I'd been looking at SUV's and kept coming back to the Rogue. When I found this cobalt blue one, I knew it was meant for me. I love the safety features, especially the blind spot and the automatic trunk lift. The keyless entry takes getting used to when you've used keys for over 50 years, but I'm liking it. It rides very well. I don't understand Consumer Reports report on this where it got a 3 out of 5 stars from people who had bought the 2020 car. So far, I'm loving the smooth ride and the acoustics as well. No complaints so far.

Googled the truck I wanted which was found at Car Haven. Checked the reviews, got shook for a minute, but came back to it. I decided to take a chance since there was nowhere else within 100 miles selling what I wanted. As I drove down the road to Car Haven I was immediately happy with the sight of the dealership. The building and the grounds were clean and crisp. Vehicles were neatly presented in their lot. As I walked in the front door, I was immediately greeted by Dylan a sales representative. He was presentable, amicable, and efficient. He learned what I was looking for and immediately got me in a vehicle and on a test drive. We found the exact vehicle I wanted, gave me time to test drive it and inspect it, and sat down to start the paperwork. Pablo worked with the banks to find a good rate for me. After a few phone calls on my end to find information in regards to my trade-in, I sat down with Donna who guided me expertly through the paperwork. While this was happening, Pablo was also working magic in the background to fix a minor issue with the vehicle. I decided not to trade in my vehicle, so I had to drive it home and Dylan said that they would drop my vehicle off the next day. I was happy with this, but on my drive home I got a call from Dylan who made my day by saying that they were on their way with the truck! :)Long story short - Don't listen to the negative reviews...be a good customer and leave a good review here to counteract all the negativity. Also, go car shopping with your research complete, your details reviewed, and your information in hand.Yes, there is a fee that is tacked on at the end that is clearly posted on their website.Yes, used car warranties and Gap insurance cost a bunch extra.No, you do not have to pay for them...but I don't need to remind you...that you are buying a USED car. You don't know what "baggage" it has.TL:DR - Buy a car from Dylan at Car Haven in Millersville, MD.

The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I?ve made over the years. We decided to purchase a couple of Jeeps. Ourisman was the only place that had the model we wanted so I decided to make the trip from NM. I thought is was a crazy idea but with the pandemic going on it seemed fitting to do something crazy. I had pleasant experience. So ended up buying 2 Jeeps and because the transport was 2 months out I flew there twice. The guys are fantastic. The price we agreed on is the price I paid. People should be able to understand the advertised price includes incentives they might not qualify for. It is the name of the game. But look at the bottom line and likely the price from Ourisman will be better than the rest. The sales person was great and Younes, the general manager, as well as Simo, the sales manager, make the buying experience pleasant.
