First off i would like to say ...
First off i would like to say that i have been shopping at these locations for a vary long time and i get along and talk to the employees and see what happends. Lets see, there hours are 8am to 5 pm everyday so if u ask " Even Sundays?" there answer is going to be the same. They close there doors at 4:30 pm to clear the yard out and close up at 5. I think the reason why people think there service is bad is ... viewmorebecause they just want answers that make them happy and not the truth. For example i have asked why they dont know whats in there yard and after being told that they would have to hire more people to do that which would raise the price of parts then i understood. I think if a person wants to be handed a part with no worrys then go to a parts store. But if u want really cheap parts( and i`m talking 30.00 for an ac compressor) and you dont mind getting your hands dirty then this is the place. Just do us all a favor and before you get mad at the answer please think about what the question was.(Coustomer: " I`m calling to see if you have a starter?" Employee:" We do not keep a inventory." Customer: " Well can you tell me if you have a 99 ford truck?") now i ask what do you think would be the answer?

Cheapest Prices in Maryland
So here is the deal, Google Crazy Rays. The prices and the times are on the website. YOU PICK, YOU PULL. Bring your tools, and make a day of it. $90 transmissions, $10 core. How do you beat that? You don`t. Called locally (St. Marys) and was quoted $650.00! Whoa. for a 96 Ford Ranger, it ain`t worth $650! Run don`t walk to Crazy Rays!

Horrible customer service.
I inquired on the price of a roof from a Chevy. The first answer, "It depends". I answered "Depends on what?" This went around for about five minutes trying to get a definitive price for this roof. They wouldn`t give me one. Their final answer was "you aren`t going to find a roof anywhere else."Talk about arrogant jerks. I found the roof somewhere else and got a price right awa... viewmorey.I am not going to spend three to four hours cutting off the roof of a car only to have them surprise me with what it costs after I am done working half a day for it.If they would have given me a price they would have been paid. They just lost out on an easy $75 (the price I paid for the roof elsewhere).

Call for pricing
I called the five Crazy Ray`s in this area to get a price on a transmission control module and got 3 different prices. The one in Jessup was twice as much as either Mt. Airy or Edgewood.

Wost customer service ever. All I wanted to know is there hours open. First the guy mumbles on the phone, so I have no clue what was being said. Second, All he told me is ""8 to 4:30."" Then I was like what about weekends, his response, ""same."" And then I thank him and he hangs up. Damn man, I hope that punk works at the junk yard for the rest of his life!

I was told about Crazy Rays from a friend of mine. I have been going for about 1 year now and love this place. They have a total of four yards that I know of and I have been to all four of them. The only down side is that they keep no inventory listings. You have to go there and search for what you are looking for on your own. I find this kind of fun. I know if you go you will enjoy. I also recommend you taking a fri... viewmoreend that may need parts so that you can cover the yards a lot faster if you know what each other are looking for. I needed some parts for a car that my step daughter had wrecked. I needed a hood,drivers door,headlight assembly,fender,turn signal assembly and the door weather stripping. I was lucky enough to find all of this in the same color and only paid 192.00 for all of it. Good luck and have fun which I know you will.
